So am I.
When I say “health”, I mean every component of our health-- emotional, psychological, physical, financial and so on. In another words, our total (holistic) well-being. When I meet with clients, I look at the big “health” picture not just your finances, your love relationships, your career or your business partnerships. Although, those certainly can be addressed in a consultation.
Years ago, I discovered astrology going through my own health crisis. There I was in a doctor’s office and he was looking at what I later learned was my birth (natal) chart even before he asked me a question. He was looking at where the planets were in the sky when I was born to assess my health vulnerabilities and my current health condition. Mind you, I knew nothing about astrology nor could I decipher the symbols on the piece of paper he was so intently looking at. All I wanted was to get well. And I did.
During my healing journey, I realized that there are other tools, in addition to, and which can compliment traditional medicine and one of them is astrology. Many eastern doctors receive training in astrology as part of their medical education and use it daily in assessing their patient’s health.
I am not a doctor nor do I give medical advice. I am teacher and an astrologer. I am interested in your everyday health and giving you some tools and practical tips that you can apply to enhance your health and your health awareness. Astrology is simply one tool of many that can offer us information to navigate our health concerns and our total well-being.
Based on over 15 years of studying astrology, taking classes, studying with various teachers, methods, and traditions as well as consulting with clients and simply observing, I have gained quite a broad education and understanding of astrology. Going through my own healing journey, I know first-hand the value of astrological principles, tools and information in my life and for my everyday health.
I offer my teaching skills, my astrological knowledge and my passion for a healthy life to you.

Michele Hagan is an astrologer, a teacher and an attorney. She consults with clients and has presented programs to the San Diego Cancer Research Institute, the Osher Institute, Reno Northwest Library's Speaker Series, The Yoga Room Tahoe City and to astrological associations. She is a former college professor and an emergency medical technician. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelors degree in Psychology from UC San Diego. Michele served as the astrology columnist for Lake Tahoe's popular newspaper Moonshine Ink and was recently interviewed on ABC's KOLO News 8.
